Founded in 1981, Nidhi Group is a pioneering force in India's construction, real estate and sustainability. With 45 years of excellence and over 270 landmark projects, our legacy transforms communities through iconic developments. Notable construction projects include Hotel Le Meridian (New Delhi), IIT Delhi, Jawaharlal Nehru National Cooperative Complex, Kabul Lines and R.R. Hospital. Landmark real estate projects comprise Manipal HCMCT Dwarka, Ambience Towers, Vasant Kunj, Parkview Apartments and Commercial Towers, Dwarka.
Expanding the horizon in sustainability, the group successfully developed and sold a 90 MW wind farm in Jaisalmer, spread over 1,100 acres of desert land, to JSW Mytrah Energy. This venture underscores the group’s dedication to sustainability alongside construction excellence.

Proudly partnered in constructing the iconic Hotel Le Méridien, New Delhi. This revolutionary glazed design redefined commercial buildings and luxury hotels in India. Featuring 355 opulent rooms, a world-class lobby, and a cutting-edge business centre, the project earned the prestigious 'Pride of Asia' award from the Government of Singapore in 1992.
